摘要 缺血性脑卒中为脑血管病最常见的临床类型,约占所有脑卒中的80%,是一种严重威胁人类健康的疾病。动物实验研究表明物理锻炼对缺血性脑卒中有神经保护作用,其作用机制涉及多个方面,包括:促进脑血管生成、神经元再生和线粒体合成,抑制神经元凋亡,减轻炎症反应,以及降低谷氨酸代谢等。现将近年来在动物实验研究领域,关于物理锻炼对缺血性脑卒中神经保护机制的研究进展作一综述。 Ischemic stroke accounting for about 80% of all strokes is the most common clinical type of cerebrovascular diseases and a serious threat to human health. It is well established that physical exercise can exert neuroprotection on ischemic stroke in animal experiments, the mechanism involves many aspects, including the promotion of angiogenesis, neurogenesis and mitochondrial synthesis, inhibition of neuron apoptosis, reduction of inflammation and glutamate. Now we reviewed the research progress of neuroprotection mechanism of physical exercise on ischemic stroke in animal experiments.
