卵巢癌组织中新生淋巴管在淋巴结转移中的临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨卵巢癌组织中新生淋巴管在淋巴转移的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测卵巢癌组织、良性卵巢肿瘤及正常卵巢组织中淋巴管内皮细胞特异性标记物D2-40的表达,采用卡方检验比较三种组织中D2-40的表达差异,同时应用RT-PCR检测卵巢癌、卵巢良性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织中淋巴形成调控因子血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)-C、VEGF-D m RNA含量,通过t检验比较三种组织中VEGF-C、VEGF-D m RNA含量的表达差异。结果 D2-40在卵巢癌组织中表达阳性率83.5%,与正常卵巢组织(5%)及卵巢良性肿瘤(10%)相比有统计学差异(P<0.01)。显微镜下观察D2-40表达呈阳性的组织中可见新生淋巴管结构。VEGF-C、VEGF-D m RNA在卵巢癌组织中含量最高(4.73±2.61,6.16±2.53),较正常卵巢组织(1.72±0.79,0.56±0.44)及卵巢良性肿瘤(1.78±0.56,2.01±0.83)有显著差异(P<0.01)。VEGF-C、VEGF-D m RNA的表达水平与临床分期、组织学分化程度、是否发生淋巴结转移相关,与年龄及病理学分型无关。结论卵巢癌组织新生淋巴管与VEGF-C、VEGF-D密切相关,提示新生淋巴管在卵巢肿瘤淋巴管转移中可能发挥重要作用。
