甲瓣修复套脱伤供区处理治疗进展

Progress on treatment of donor site of great toe wrap-around flap for repairing degloving injury

甲瓣是目前治疗拇指套脱伤公认的疗效最佳的首选术式,但是供区并发症较多。随着对供区损伤的不断重视,越来越多的学者开始关注甲瓣供区的处理。对于单纯的甲瓣背侧供区,植皮术经济可行、手术操作简单,疗效满意;而对于全趾供区,有多种修复方法可以选择,最终以提高创面愈合率为目的。本文就甲瓣供区的治疗进展作一综述。

The great toe wrap-around flap is considered to be the best opinion for thumb degloving injury, but the complications are greater. With the increasing attention to the donor site morbidity, more scholars begin to focus on how to deal with the donor site. It is a simple and affordable way to use skin graft to repair the great toe dorsal donor site and the result can be satisfactory, while many ways can be used to repair the whole thumb donor site to improve the healing rate. The study introduced the progress on treatment of donor site of great toe wrap-around flap.
