Vitapex糊剂在根尖周炎消毒和充填治疗中的作用效果评价

Disinfection and root canal filling effect and therapeutic evaluation of Vitapex paste on periapical periodontitis

目的探讨Vitapex糊剂在根尖周炎患者根管消毒和充填中的效果。方法 450颗根尖周炎患牙分为两组,根管消毒试验组共240颗患牙,分别以每组80颗患牙行Vitapex糊剂,氢氧化钙糊剂,樟脑苯酚根管消毒,根管充填试验组以210颗患牙行Vitapex糊剂和普通根管充填糊剂充填试验,Vitapex糊剂组108颗患牙,普通根管糊剂组102颗患牙,全部患牙按随机化原则分配,比较Vitapex糊剂与其他材料的消毒和充填效果,以有效率和达到Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ级的牙数表示根管消毒效果,根管充填试验组的疗效评价标准为随访期治愈,有效,无效牙数和有效率。结果根管消毒组中Vitapex糊剂组,氢氧化钙糊剂组和樟脑苯酚组的有效率为90%、71.25%和73.75%,Ridit分析组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Vitapex组优于氢氧化钙糊剂组和樟脑苯酚组,根管充填组Vitapex糊剂组充填术后随访1、6、12个月的有效率分别为95.37%、97.22%、98.14%,而普通根管充填糊剂组有效率为76.47%、85.29%、88.23%。结论 Vitapex糊剂的消毒效果优于氢氧化钙糊剂和樟脑苯酚,其充填效果优于普通根管充填糊剂。

Objective To investigate the effect of Vitapex paste in patients with periapical periodontitis in root canal disinfection and filling. Methods 450 teeth with periapical periodontitis were divided into two groups. The disinfection group including 240 diseased teeth were treated with Vitapex paste, Calcium hydroxide paste and camphor phenol for root canal disinfection experiment. Each disinfection material group including 80 teeth. The others were treated with Vitapex paste including 108 teeth and common root canal filling paste involving 102 teeth for filling experiment postoperatively, and compared disinfection and filling effect of Vitapex paste with other materials. The research employed a single-blinded randomized design. Effective rate and the teeth number of reaching to Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ grade were used to evaluate disinfection effect. The teeth number of cured, effective, invalid followed-up and effective rate were used to access filling effect. Results In root canal disinfection group, the effective rate of Vitapex group, Calcium hydroxide paste group and camphor phenol group were 90%, 71.25% and 73.75%. The statistical difference existed between the three groups(P<0.05) and Vitapex was superior to the others by Ridit analysis. In root canal filling group, the efficient rate of Vitapex paste was 95.37%, 97.22%, 98.14% follow-up of 1 month, 6 months, 12 months postoperatively, while the rate of common root canal filling paste group was 95.37%, 97.22%, 98.14% respectively. Conclusion The disinfection effect of Vitapex paste group was superior to Calcium hydroxide paste and camphor phenol and it's filling effect was better than common root canal filling paste group.
