Different methods of RGD peptides modified implant and their osteogenic potential

摘要 RGD多肽存在细胞外基质成分中,被证实可以促进细胞的粘附、增殖及分化,RGD多肽修饰种植体钛表面可以赋予材料一定的骨诱导性,提高表面生物活性。下面介绍几种不同的RGD修饰钛表面的方法及其成骨方面的研究进展。 RGD peptide was confirmed that it can promote cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation. And RGD-modified surfaces can improve osseointegration for dental implants and improve the surface bioactivity. Here were several different methods of RGD modified titanium surface and the progress of their osteogenic potential were presented.
