间充质干细胞在软骨组织工程中的作用研究

间充质干细胞是一类存在于人体多种组织中的非造血多潜能细胞,可以自我更新或分化为骨、软骨或脂肪组织等多种细胞。近年来间充质干细胞在软骨组织工程中的研究取得了巨大进展,本文就间充质干细胞诱导成软骨细胞的因素及其在关节软骨损伤、免疫性疾病、组织修复和软骨组织工程中的应用研究等方面展开综述。

Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) are a kind of non-hematopoietic cells which have pluripotency of existence in many tissues, they can self-renew or differentiate to bone, cartilage, adipose tissue and so on. In recent years, great progress has been made in the study of cartilage tissue engineering on MSCs. This article reviewed the role of MSCs which induced the chondrocyte and in the part of articular cartilage injury, immunological disease and tissue repair as well as its applied research in the cartilage tissue engineering.
