预防复合树脂边缘微渗漏的研究进展

近年来,复合树脂以其美观、可塑性强、溶解度低等性能受到临床工作者的喜爱。因此复合树脂已逐渐成为牙科充填修复中最常用的充填材料。但是复合树脂聚合收缩产生微渗漏已经是业内公认的事实,本文现就如何预防复合树脂微渗漏的研究进展作一综述。

In recent years, clinical workers are fond of composite resin with its beautiful performance, high plasticity, low solubility. As a result, composite resin has gradually become the most commonly used in dental filling material. However, composite resin polymerization shrinkage resulted microleakge has been a recognized fact. The purpose of this article was to review how to prevent composite resin microleakge.
