血清晚期糖基化终产物表达水平与多囊卵巢综合征的相关性 被引量:2

Study on the relativity between serum advanced glycosylation end product and polycystic ovary syndrome

摘要 目的通过检测多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不同分型患者血清晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)水平,探讨AGEs在PCOS疾病发生发展的作用。方法选取2015年1月至2016年4月于韶关市粤北人民医院生殖中心就诊的PCOS患者80例,另选20名健康女性纳入正常对照组。采用电学发光法检测性激素和空腹胰岛素(FINS),己糖激酶法检测空腹血糖(FBG),酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定血清AGEs,用稳态模式胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)评价胰岛素抵抗程度。依据伴或不伴高雄激素血症(HA)/胰岛素抵抗(IR)对PCOS患者进行分组,共分为4组,每组20例:PCOS+NHA+NIR组、PCOS+IR组、PCOS+HA组、PCOS+HA+IR组,分析AGEs与PCOS不同分型的关系,多组间比较应用One-Way ANOVA进行统计学分析,用Spearman进行相关性分析。结果正常组、PCOS各组间AGEs值差异均有统计学意义,AGEs值由低到高分别是正常组、PCOS+NIR+NHA组、PCOS+HA组、PCOS+IR组、PCOS+IR+HA组[(111.98±16.60)ng/L,(136.52±19.66)ng/L,(182.62±17.15)ng/L,(204.64±25.62)ng/L,(261.66±20.12)ng/L,P<0.01],AGEs与黄体生成激素、睾酮、FBG、FINS、HOME-IR呈正相关。结论胰岛素抵抗和高雄激素血症与AGEs水平升高密切相关,高水平AGEs在PCOS的发生和发展中起重要作用。 Objective In order to explore the role of AGEs in disease development of polycystic ovary syndrome, we'll detect advanced glycation end products(AGEs) level of different type of polycystic ovary integrated(PCOS). Methods We compiled 80 cases of PCOS and 20 cases of healthy women in our reproductive center from January 2015 to April 2016. Sex hormones, Fins, FBG and AGEs were detected by electrochemical luminescence, hexokinase and ELISA method. The degree of insulin resistance was evaluated by homeostasis model assessment index(HOMA). On the basis of with or without hyperandrogenism(HA)/insulin resistance(IR), 80 cases of PCOS group were divided into four groups,(each group of 20 people): PCOS+NHA+NIR; PCOS+IR; PCOS+HA; PCOS+HA+IR, we will analyze relativity between serum advanced glycosylation end product and polycystic ovary syndrome. One-way ANOVA and spearman correlation analysis were used to analyze. Results AGEs levels of the normal group and PCOS groups were significantly different(P<0.01). AGEs levels from low to high were normal group, PCOS+NIR+NHA group, PCOS+HA group, PCOS+IR group, PCOS+IR+HA group,(111.98±16.60) ng/L,(136.52±19.66) ng/L,(182.62±17.15) ng/L,(204.64±25.62) ng/L,(261.66±20.12) ng/L. AGEs levels were positively correlated with LH, T, FBG, FINS, HOME-IR. Conclusions Insulin resistance and high androgen levels are closely associated with AGEs levels. High levels of AGEs play an important role in the development of PCOS.
