摘要
IgA肾病由于发病机制不清,临床上缺乏对其针对性的治疗方法,有大量的证据认为异常糖基化IgA1可能是导致其发病的关键因素。黏膜免疫紊乱,其相关影响因子,如C1Gal T1、ST6Gal NAc2及记忆B细胞等,被认为能导致异常糖基化IgA1并在其发病机制中扮演着重要角色,那么其在影响异常糖基化IgA1到底起到了什么样的作用,我们对其最新进展进行了较为详细的阐述。
Because the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy isn’t clear, there is no method to cure it completely recently. It had been proved by many evidences that abnormal glycosylation IgA1 may be the key factor in the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy. Mucosal immune disorder and its related factors, such as C1 Gal T1, ST6 Gal NAc2 and memory B cells et al, were thought to connect directly with abnormal glycosylation IgA1. And that, what on earth does it play an import role in the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy? In this paper, the latest progress was discussed in detail.
