Research progress of mitochondrial ALDH2 in cardiovascular disease

摘要 乙醛脱氢酶2(ALDH2)是一种位于12号染色体编码基因呈基因多态性的四联体蛋白,是参与乙醇代谢过程中的关键酶。同时,ALDH2在心血管系统中具有广泛的作用,参与冠心病、高血压、心力衰竭、心肌病等多种疾病的病理生理过程,本文就其在多种心血管疾病中的作用机制作一综述。 Aldehyde dehydrogenase 2(ALDH2) is a kind of four couplet body proteins which is located in the chromosome 12 gene-polymorphism couplet, and it is a key enzyme involved in ethanol metabolism process. And at the same time, ALDH2 plays an comprehensive role in the cardiovascular system, such as coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, heart failure, cardiomyopathy and various pathophysiological process of diseases. Now, the progress was elaborated in detail.
