随着动态血压在高血压诊治中的广泛应用,有关动态血压参数与肾功能不全的研究也逐渐深入。血压变异性(BPV)目前已成为高血压领域的研究热点,国内外多项研究发现BPV与肾脏疾病密切相关。本文就BPV概念、相关机制及与肾脏疾病的相关性进行综述。

With the wide application of ambulatory blood pressure in the diagnosis and treatment of high blood pressure, the research of parameters of ambulatory blood pressure and renal insufficiency is gradual deepening. Blood pressure variability(BPV) now has become a hot topic in the field of high blood pressure, several studies have found that BPV is closely related to the kidney disease at home and abroad. The paper reviewed the relationship between the concept and mechanisms of BPV and renal disease.
