脊柱外科日间手术临床路径探索

Exploration of clinical pathway in spinal ambulatory surgery

日间手术作为外科手术的创新,在欧美等先进国家开展已有30余年的历史。近年来,国内越来越多的单位也相继开展日间手术。日间手术可以充分利用医疗资源,减少患者的等床时间和住院时间,减轻经济负担。同时,也可以提高医院收治能力,减轻医护人员工作压力。日间手术在我国起步较晚,相关建设不完善。解放军总医院经过2年实践,结合临床路径探索出一条适合脊柱外科的日间手术模式,很好地补充和优化了目前脊柱外科的治疗方式,为脊柱外科的发展提供了新的平台和方向。

Ambulatory surgery, also called same-day surgery or day surgery as an innovation of surgical procedure, has developed for more than 30 years in Europe and United States. In recent years, many hospitals in China started this procedure. Ambulatory surgery can make full use of medical resources, eliminate inpatient hospital admission, reduce waiting time in hospitalization and operation, and minimize health care costs for patients. At the same time, it can also improve hospital treatment efficiency, and reduce doctors’ work pressure. Same-day surgery in China started and expanded late. General Hospital of People’s Liberation Army(PLA General Hospital), after 2 years of practice, explore a suitable ambulatory surgical procedure for spine surgery, combined clinical pathway. This procedure in PLA General Hospital not only optimize the spinal surgery, but also create a new platform and direction for the development of spine surgery.
