摘要
硫化氢既是一种内源性气体信号分子,又是神经保护剂。缺血再灌注是脑血管疾病,尤其是脑梗死病理过程中重要的一环,它会加重脑损害。近十几年来,研究者们对硫化氢的生理作用研究得如火如荼。部分研究发现:硫化氢可以通过多种途径减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤,本文对硫化氢治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤的相关机制进行了综述。
Hydrogen sulfide(H2S) is an endogenous gaseous signal molecule and neuroprotectant. Ischemia-reperfusion is a vital element during the pathological process of cerebrovascular diseases, especially the cerebral infarction. In recent years, researchers pay much attention to the physiological role of H2 S. Some studies indicate that H2 S is able to attenuate cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury through multiple pathway. This review focused on mechanisms of H2 S treating cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
