摘要
宫颈癌是最常见的生殖道恶性肿瘤之一。宫颈癌的具体发病机制复杂,高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染是导致宫颈癌发生的主要原因之一,但并非唯一危险因素,多项研究表明叶酸的缺乏是导致宫颈癌发生的重要危险因素。细胞自噬是真核生物细胞内物质进行周转的相对保守的重要生理过程,近年来在肿瘤发生发展的研究中,细胞自噬机制的研究受到越来越多的关注,且许多研究证实自噬在宫颈癌的发展过程中起着至关重要的作用。
Cervical cancer is one of the most common genital tract malignant tumor. The specific pathogenesis of cervical cancer is complex. One of the main reasons lead to the occurrence of cervical cancer is the infection of high-risk human papilloma virus. But it is not the only risk factor, a number of studies have shown that the lack of folic acid is one of the important risk factors lead to cervical cancer occurrence. Cell autophagy is relatively conservative and an important physiological processes, which has a hand in the conversion of substance in eukaryotic cells. In recent years, in the research of the development of the tumor, the cell autophagy mechanism research is given more and more attention. Many research confirmed that autophagy plays a vital role in the process of the development of cervical cancer.
