摘要
目的对比分析住院医师规范化培训(规培)医师与临床研究生心血管内科的出科考核成绩,为寻求更好的住院医师规范化培训医师培养方法和模式提供理论依据。方法纳入参加心血管内科出科考试的规培医师(规培组)33名和临床研究生(研究生组)32名。两组考生完成心内科轮转计划后均参加专业理论、专业英语、心电图笔试,真实患者的询问病史、体格检查、病历书写以及病例分析口试,心肺复苏操作考试。对两组考生各项考核成绩进行对比分析。结果研究生组体格检查、病例分析、专业英语、考试总评成绩均明显高于规培组[(8.9±0.8)分vs.(8.3±0.9)分,(8.1±1.1)分vs.(8.6±0.7)分,(78.8±13.8)分vs.(84.6±8.7)分,(91.4±3.6)分vs.(93.3±2.5)分,均P<0.05]。结论临床研究生的临床问题的分析能力和解决能力以及专业英语水平明显优于规培医师,规培医师临床能力和专业英语需要通过不断完善培训管理方法和制度进一步加强步。
Objective To analyze and compare the examination results between normalize training residents and clinical graduates for looking for the better methods to train residents. Methods Thirtythree normalizing training residents(resident group) and 32 clinical graduates(graduate group) were involved in this study. Two groups all finished examinations of medicine knowledge, medicine English, electrocardiography, physical examination, case analysis. The examination results between two groups were analysed and compared. Results Scores of physical examination, case analysis, medicine English in graduates group were higher than those in residents group [(8.9± 0.8) scores vs.(8.3± 0.9) scores,(8.1± 1.1) scores vs.(8.6±0.7) scores,(78.8± 13.8) scores vs.(84.6± 8.7) scores,(91.4± 3.6) scores vs.(93.3± 2.5) scores, all P<0.05]. Conclusions Clinical graduates have higher level of analysis and resolution of clinical questions and are better at medicine English. Normalizing training residents should have more training at case analysis and physics exam and more study in professional English.
