摘要
随着代谢综合征的发病率逐年提高,甲状腺结节也已成为国内外十分常见的内分泌疾病。近10年,关于甲状腺与脂肪组织的联系已经取得显著的成果,脂肪组织作为一个重要的内分泌器官其分泌的物质统称为脂肪因子,参与机体许多肥胖相关疾病的发生与发展过程,有越来越多的证据表明肥胖和癌症风险增加之间的联系,有流行病学数据支持,肥胖是独立相关的各种实性肿瘤的发病率增加,包括甲状腺癌,但是肥胖与甲状腺肿瘤确切的机制尚未阐明,但炎症、氧化应激、胰岛素-胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)轴和脂肪因子(如瘦素、脂联素等)可能在肥胖与甲状腺良恶性结节的发生与发展过程中起举足轻重的作用。本文将对几种脂肪因子在甲状腺良恶性结节发病过程中所起的作用进行综述,为其预防、诊断及治疗开拓新的道路。
The prevalence of metabolic syndrome increased year by year, thyroid nodules has also become very common endocrine disease at home and abroad. For nearly 10 years, on the thyroid and adipose tissue relations have achieved remarkable results, adipose tissue that involved in many diseases related to obesity is an important endocrine organ secreting substances referred to as adipokines, there is growing evidence linking obesity and increased risk of cancer among the epidemiological data support, the incidence of obesity is independently related to a variety of solid tumors increased, including thyroid cancer, but the exact mechanism of obesity and thyroid tumor has not been elucidated, but inflammation, oxidative stress, insulin-axis IGF and adipokines(such as leptin, adiponectin in obesity) between benign and malignant thyroid nodules plays a decisive role in the occurrence and development process. This paper reviewed the role of the several adipokines in the pathogenesis process of benign and malignant thyroid nodules to open up new roads for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodules.
