前列腺癌骨转移动物模型研究进展

Research progress of animal model of prostate cancer bone metastasis

近年来,我国前列腺癌发病率呈逐年升高趋势,前列腺癌骨转移是最常见的并发症之一,研究前列腺癌骨转移机制具有重要的临床意义,动物模型是研究前列腺癌骨转移的重要工具。目前建立骨转移动物模型的方法主要有自发及诱发动物模型、移植模型、转基因小鼠模型,明确各模型的优缺点,对于选择合适的骨转移动物模型很有必要。

In recent years,the incidence of prostate cancer is increasing in our country.Bone metastasis is one of the most common complications of prostate cancer,it is of great clinical significance to study the mechanism of bone metastasis in prostate cancer,animal model is an important tool for researching bone metastasis of prostate cancer.At present,the animal models of bone metastasis include spontaneous and induced animal model,transplantation model and transgenic mouse model.It is necessary to make clear the advantages and disadvantages of each model to select suitable bone metastasis animal models.
