妊娠与视神经脊髓炎的相互影响及治疗研究进展

视神经脊髓炎是一种免疫介导的以视神经和脊髓受累为主的中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘疾病,多见于生育期女性。妊娠期激素水平的变化可能影响视神经脊髓炎疾病的活动性,而视神经脊髓炎与胎盘损伤、流产、子痫前期等可能相关。目前妊娠与视神经脊髓炎的关系尚不明确,对妊娠期视神经脊髓炎的治疗尚有争议,需进一步研究以指导临床实践。

Neuromyelitis optic is an immune-mediated inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system which mainly involves of optic nerve and spinal cord and most common in women of childbearing age.Changes in hormone levels during pregnancy may affect disease activity of neuromyelitis optic.Neuromyelitis optica may be related with placental injury,abortion and preeclampsia.The relationship between pregnancy and neuromyelitis optic still remains not clear now.The treatment of neuromyelitis optic in pregnancy is still controversial.Further research is needed to guide clinical practice.
