摘要
新生儿低血糖脑损伤是新生儿低血糖最常见的一种并发症,往往易遗留认知障碍、视觉障碍、枕叶癫痫、脑瘫等后遗症;但其早期表现隐匿,缺乏典型的临床症状和体征,易造成临床漏诊、治疗滞后,失去最佳机会。因此,及时发现新生儿低血糖脑损伤显得十分重要。本文就对其相关监测方法:神经影像、脑电生理和生化标志物等研究进展作一综述。
Neonatal hypoglycemic brain injury is the most common complication of neonatal hypoglycemia, which often leaves cognitive and visual impairment, occipital lobe epilepsy, cerebral palsy and other sequelae; but its early manifestation is often lack of typical clinical symptoms and signs, it easily leads to clinical misdiagnosis, treatment lagging, best opportunity losing. Therefore, detection for neonatal hypoglycemia brain injury is very important. This review summarized research progress of the related monitoring methods with regard to neuroimaging, brain electrical physiological and biochemical markers for neonatal hypoglycemic brain injury.
