The pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is complexity. Many studies have confirmed that there existed the CD4^+ T cell subsets disorders in peripheral blood of patients with SLE. Therefore, to correct the abnormity of CD4^+ T cell subsets and to restore the immune homeostasis are the key to the treatment of the SLE. At present, it is found that regulatory B(Breg) cells have a certain effect on the differentiation of CD4^+ T cell subsets. This promptes that analysis of the mechanism of Breg cells regulating the differentiation of CD4^+ T cell subsets is helpful to provide a new way for the treatment of SLE.
