摘要
目的探讨卡波西肉瘤组织中基质交感分子1(STIM1)蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测34例卡波西肉瘤、22例血管瘤、15例正常皮肤组织石蜡标本中STIM1蛋白的表达水平,并与卡波西肉瘤的临床病理特征进行统计学分析。结果 STIM1蛋白在3种组织均有不同程度的表达,其中卡波西肉瘤中表达阳性率为79.41%,血管瘤中为81.81%,正常皮肤组织中为13.33%。STIM1在卡波西肉瘤组织和血管瘤组织中的表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两者与正常皮肤组织相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。STIM1蛋白的表达水平与卡波西肉瘤病理分期呈正相关(rs=0.611,P<0.05),结节期高于斑片期和斑块期(P<0.05)。STIM1的表达水平与民族、性别、年龄、人疱疹病毒8型(HHV-8)感染、人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染、皮损面积等无明显相关性(P>0.05)。HIV合并HHV-8双阳性和HIV合并HHV-8双阴性的患者中STIM1蛋白的表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 STIM1在卡波西肉瘤组织结节期的表达高于斑片期和斑块期,可能对卡波西肉瘤的病程进展起重要作用。
Objective To measure the expression of STIM1 in Kaposi's sarcoma(KS),and to explore its clinical significances.Methods Immunohistochemistry was performed to measure STIM1 expressions in 30 paraffin-embedded KS,22 hemangioma and 15 normal skin tissue specimens.Correlations of STIM1 expression with clinicopathologic features was analyzed.Results STIM1 expressed in all the tissues with different levels.STIM1 was detected in 27(79.41%) of 34 paraffin-embedded KS,while the positive expression rate in hemangioma and normal skin tissues were 81.81% and 13.33%,with a significant difference between KS and normal skin(P<0.05),but not in KS and hemangioma.The positive expression of STIM1 is positively correlated with KS's pathological classification(rs=0.611,P<0.05),nodular phase was higher than plaque phase and patch phase(P<0.05).But,the expression of STIM1 in paraffin-embedded KS tissues was no correlation with ethnic,sex,age,HHV-8 infection,HIV infection,skin lesions area(P>0.05).The STIM1 expression level was without significant difference between the patients positive with both HIV and HHV-8 and negative with both HIV and HHV-8(P>0.05).Conclusion The higher expression of STIM1 in KS tissues nodular stage than patch and plaque stage,means that it probably participates in the progression of KS.
