摘要
垂体瘤为最常见的颅内肿瘤,以压迫周围组织及激素分泌过多为主要临床表现。其治疗方案的选取依赖肿瘤的类型及对临近组织压迫的程度。阐明垂体瘤的发病机制是在亚细胞水平治疗的至关重要的一步。一些信号通路参与了垂体瘤的发生和发展,如Notch、Wnt和Hedgehog(Hh)通路等,它们在垂体的器官发生和生长激素、泌乳素、甲状腺激素、促皮质激素分泌细胞的形成中也起重要作用。本文重点综述了Notch和Hh信号通路与垂体发育及垂体瘤的相关性研究进展。
Pituitary adenoma is one of the most common intracranial tumor,oppression surrounding tissue and hormone hypersecretion are the main clinical manifestations.The choice of treatment depends on the type of tumor and nearby tissue of oppression.Elucidating the pathogenesis of pituitary adenoma is the crucial step of treatment in subcellular level.Some signaling pathways are involved in the occurrence and development of pituitary adenoma,such as Notch,Wnt and Hedgehog(Hh) signaling pathway,etc.At the same time,they are essential for the pituitary organogenesis and development of somatotrophs,lactotrophs thyrotrophs and corticotrophs.This review mainly summarized the progress of Notch and Hh signaling pathway in pituitary development and pituitary adenomas.
