自噬在艾滋病毒感染巨噬细胞中作用的研究进展

Research progress of autophagy in macrophages during HIV infection

获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)是人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染所致的慢性传染病,侵犯巨噬细胞并使其成为病情复发的重要源头。自噬(autophagy)是有核细胞内的生理过程,参与免疫应答。近年来自噬逐渐成为研究热点,本文将就HIV各成分对巨噬细胞自噬过程的调节及机制研究最新进展作一综述,希望能为AIDS的治疗提供新思路。

Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS) is a chronic infectious disease caused by the human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),invading macrophages and making them the sources of relapse.Autophagy is a physiological process that involving immunization and has become focus in recent years.The regulation and mechanism between autophagy and components from HIV were summarized in this review,aiming at presenting new horizon for therapy of AIDS.
