股骨转子间外侧壁骨折分型研究进展

Research progress in the classification of femoral intertrochanteric lateral wall fracture

股骨外侧壁在股骨转子间骨折中的重要性,近来受到越来越多学者的关注。在股骨转子间骨折中,外侧壁的完整与否,影响到了转子间骨折的复位情况、手术方法的选择与术后的治疗效果。临床上,很多学者根据外侧壁的特点,将股骨转子间骨折分为外侧壁完整型、外侧壁危险型与外侧壁破裂型3型,对于各型骨折,提出了自己针对性的治疗方案。本文将对股骨转子间外侧壁骨折的分型作一综述。

The importance of the lateral wall of the femur has received more and more attention recently.The integrity of the lateral wall directly affects the reduction of intertrochanteric fractures and the effect of postoperative treatment.Clinically,many scholars according to the characteristics of the lateral wall,they divided the intertrochanteric fractures into lateral wall stabilization,lateral wall risk type and lateral wall rupture type.For each type of fracture,they put forward their own targeted treatment.This article reviewed the classification of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur.
