摘要
随着医疗技术发展,儿童胃镜检查的应用率越来越高,由于儿童特殊的年龄情况,可配合度低,操作的难度大,增加了术中并发症和不良事件的发生率。无痛胃镜技术的使用大大减少或避免了这一情况的发生,本文就无痛胃镜操作过程及其镇静镇痛药物的选择情况作一综述。
Over the past decades,the application of pediatric gastroscopy of gastrointestinal endoscopy has increased rapidly.In order to perform these with the highest quality and with the maximum level of safety,children need almost always to be performed under deep sedation or anesthesia.In this paper,we had a discussion about the pediatric gastroscopy procedure and the selection of drugs in sedation.
