摘要
香榧原油中含有较多非甘油酯物质,容易氧化而影响储存,需要通过特定的技术精炼后才成为商品。本文研究了5个精炼工序中对香榧油理化性质和脂肪酸组分产生影响的最适温度,以此组合了一套香榧油全程适温精炼工艺。结果表明,精炼各工序的适温为脱胶40℃,脱酸50℃,脱色75℃,脱臭120℃,脱蜡7℃。组合工艺不仅能有效地去除香榧油中的不良成分、产品主要理化指标均符合代表性木本油茶籽油国家质量标准(GB 11765-2003),并能最大程度地保留香榧油原生脂肪酸组分。
Torreya seed crude oil contains high-level of non-glycerides, which is easily to be oxidized, thus affecting the duration of oil storage. In order to be a commodity, the specific refining technique is required. In present study, the effects of different refining temperatures on torreya oil physicochemical properties and fatty acid composition were detected, and a combination of low temperature refining process was optimized. The results showed that the suitable temperature of each process step is degumming at 40 ℃, deacidification at 50 ℃, decolorizing 75 ℃,deodorization at 120 ℃, dewaxing at 7 ℃. The optimized refining process could remove as much the undesirable materials,and the quality profiles of the refined final product meets entirely to the industrial standards of the Chinese National Standards Specification for C. oleifera Abel seed oil(GB 11765—2003), a reprehensive woody oil, and the original oil fatty acid composition of torreya oil was best maintained.
