摘要
在当今社会大力倡导可再生绿色清洁能源的形势下,太阳能半导体制冷技术使用太阳能光伏板来转换电能并为半导体热电模块提供直流电,它具有安全,环保,运行可靠等优点,近年来一直是研究的重点。本综述从工作原理进行简要概述,并结合了近年来的成果应用,对太阳能半导体制冷技术的现状和前景进行了总结与归纳,为相应的研究提供借鉴与参考之用。
As a new renewable green cleaning system,solar semiconductor refrigeration technology uses solar photovoltaic panels to convert electricity and provide direct current for semiconductor thermoelectric modules.It has the advantages of safety,environmental protection and reliable operation,and has been the focus of research in recent years.This review gives a brief overview of the working principle and summarizes the present situation and Prospect of the solar semiconductor refrigeration technology in combination with the recent achievements and applications,providing reference for the corresponding research.
