半集中式空调冷凝水滴水及防治探讨

Discussion on Condensate Dripping and Prevention and Control of Semi-Centralized Air Conditioning

风机盘管加新风空调系统存在的冷凝水滴水的问题,目前没有很好的防护和处理措施。本文结合一个运行12年的空调系统案例,对冷凝水的滴水,滴水的处理方法、措施和防治措施进行了分析。分析表明本案例对排水管堵塞用吸水器吸水的处理方法和采取的一些措施具有合理性和实用性;对随着使用时间延长排水管的堵塞愈来愈严重的情况,采取的对管道进行化学浸泡清洗的处理措施,是钢管内衬PVC管、PVC管及其它耐腐蚀材料管在该种情况下的一种有用的处理方法。同时,分析给出了风机盘管系统滴水在设计、施工、维护等方面的防治措施。

at present,there are no good prevention,maintenance and treatment measures for condensation water dripping in fan coil coupled with fresh air air conditioning system.combined with a case of air-conditioning system running for 12 years,this paper analyzes the condensation water dripping,its treatment methods,measures and prevention measures.The analysis shows that the treatment method of water absorption with water suction device for the blockage of drainage pipe and some measures taken are reasonable and practical in this case,as the drain pipe becomes more and more blocked with the extension of service time,the treatment measure of chemical immersion cleaning of the pipe is adopted,which is a useful treatment method for PVC lined steel pipe,PVC pipe and other corrosion-resistant material pipes in this case.At the same time,the prevention measures of drip in design,construction and maintenance of fan coil system are analyzed.
