洁净度能否满足设计要求是衡量洁净室能否竣工验收的重要参数之一,也是影响洁净室功能的重要原因之一。本文从项目现场实际检测数据的结果,来简单分析一下影响洁净室洁净度的一些要素。

Whether the cleanliness can meet the design requirements is one of the important parameters to measure whether the clean room can be completed and accepted,and also one of the important reasons that affect the function of the clean room.Based on the results of field test data of the project,this paper gives a brief analysis of some factors affecting cleanliness of clean rooms.
