老年综合评估对老年脑梗死患者预后的影响

EFFECT OF COMPREHENSIVE GERIATRIC ASSESSMENT ON PROGNOSIS OF ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH CEREBRAL INFARCTION

目的探讨老年综合评估(CGA)对老年脑梗死(CI)患者预后的影响。方法收集老年CI患者300例,随机分为对照组与CGA组。于入院、出院及出院3个月采用老年失能评估量表(EDAS)对二组患者进行评分,比较二组患者的失能严重程度。结果出院及出院3个月的CGA组患者在精神功能、器官功能、交流、活动、自理、家庭生活、经济和社会生活方面评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。CGA组失能严重程度低于对照组。结论 CGA护理模式能够在老年CI的临床护理中起到积极作用,减轻失能程度,并提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate whether effect of comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)on the prognosis of elderly patients with cerebral infarction(CI).Methods A total of 300 elderly patients with CI in this study,the conventional group and the CGA group.While be hospitalized,leave hospital and leave hospital for 3 months,two groups of patients with the severity of disability were compared by the elderly disability assessment scale(EDAS).Results While leave hospital and leave hospital for 3 months,patient scores in the CGA group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),including mental function,organ function,communication,activities,self-care,family life,economic and social life.In CGA group,the disability severity was lower than the control group.Conclusion CGA nursing mode can play a positive role in clinical nursing of elderly CI,reduce the degree of disability,and improve the quality of life of patients.
