生肌玉红膏外敷配合中药熏洗治疗跟骨骨折术后切口愈合不良的疗效观察

OBSERVATION OF CLINICAL EFFECT OF FLESH-ENGENDERING JADE AND RED PASTE COORDINATE WITH CHINESE MATERIA MEDICA FUMIGATION AND WASHING IN THE TREATMENT OF POOR INCISION HEALING OF CALCANEAL FRACTURE POSTOPERATION

目的应用生机玉红膏配合中药熏洗治疗跟骨骨折术后切口愈合不良的疗效观察。方法对近年该院跟骨骨折内固定术后25例共27足在术后1~2周内出现的切口皮缘愈合不良或部分坏死,应用该院自制生肌玉红膏和外科消肿洗剂治疗。结果 20例22足在2周内创面基本愈合,4足延长3周愈合,1足因坏死出现创面感染3个月后取出内固定物后愈合。结论在治疗跟骨骨折术后出现的切口愈合障碍,应用传统中药生肌玉红膏配合中药熏洗治疗,可明显改善皮肤局部血运,促进血液循环,利于跟骨骨折术后局部坏死切口愈合。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Flesh-Engendering Jade and Red Paste topically with Chinese materia medica fumigation and washing on poor healing of Calcaneal fracture postoperation incision poor healing or necrosis.Methods Twenty-five cases,a total of 27 feet of postoperative bone fracture internal fixation,in author's hospital were selected as subjects in recent years.All patients were occurred partial necrosis,skin edge poor healing of incision within1 to 2 weeks postoperation,and then they were treated applied with our homemade Flesh-Engendering Jade and Red Paste and surgical detumescence lotion.Results In20 cases,total 22 feet were basically healed wound in2 weeks,4 feet healed in3 weeks after healing,1 foot due to necrosis in wound infection healed after 3 months out of internal fixation.Conclusions On postoperative healing of incision in the treatment of calcaneal fractures,It is obviously on improving the skin local blood supply,promoting the blood circulation,being beneficial to postoperative calcaneal fractures partial incision healing to applying Flesh-Engendering Jade and Red Paste and topically with Chinese materia medica fumigation and washing.
