图文式临床护理路径在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用

APPLICATION OF GRAPHIC NURSING PATHWAY IN BREAST CANCER PATIENTS UNDERGOING CHEMOTHERAPY

目的探讨图文式临床护理路径对乳腺癌化疗患者的护理效果。方法 2016年7月—2017年6月我院收治144例乳腺癌化疗患者,通过简单随机方法分为二组,各72例,对照组采用常规综合护理,观察组采用图文式临床护理路径。比较二组患者护理满意度、不良反应发生情况。观察二组患者生存质量变化。结果观察组护理满意度(91.67%)显著高于对照组满意度(69.44%),差异有统计学意义。干预后,二组患者躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能、总体生存质量评分均较干预前明显升高;干预后,观察组躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能、总体生存质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。观察组化疗期间恶心呕吐、口腔炎、静脉炎的严重程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论图文式临床护理路径的应用能显著提高乳腺癌化疗患者的护理满意度,改善生存质量,减轻不良反应的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of graphic nursing pathway on breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods From July 2016 to June 2017,one hundred and forty-four patients treated in People′s Hospital were selected,and randomly divided into two groups,72 cases in each group.The control group was given routine comprehensive nursing,while the observation group was given pictorial clinical nursing pathway.Nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The quality of life of the two groups was observed.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(91.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.44%).There was a significant difference between the two groups.After intervention,the scores of physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function,social function and overall quality of life in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention;after intervention,the scores of physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function,social function and overall quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance.The severity of nausea,vomiting,stomatitis and phlebitis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of graphical clinical nursing pathway can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,improve the quality of life and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
