提升自我效能干预联合康复训练对下肢骨折患者术后生活质量的影响

EFFECTS OF ENHANCING SELF-EFFICACY INTERVENTION COMBINED WITH REHABILITATION TRAINING ON QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS WITH LOWER EXTREMITY FRACTURES

目的探究提升自我效能干预联合康复训练对下肢骨折患者术后生活质量的影响。方法将2014年3月—2018年3月于我院行下肢骨折手术的300例患者随机分为观察组(150例)和对照组(150例),对照组采用康复训练,观察组采用提升自我效能干预联合康复训练,比较二组康复训练依从性、骨折愈合时间、住院时间和干预前后自我效能评分、VAS疼痛评分、SF-36生活质量评分。结果观察组康复训练依从性评分、骨折愈合时间和住院时间均显著优于对照组(t=6.822,6.948,7.313,均P<0.05);观察组干预后自我效能评分显著高于对照组、VAS疼痛评分显著低于对照组(t=7.690,7.564,均P<0.05);观察组干预后SF-36生活质量评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论提升自我效能干预联合康复训练有利于提高下肢骨折患者康复训练依从性,缩短住院时间,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of self-efficacy intervention combined with rehabilitation training on quality of life in patients with lower extremity fractures.Methods Three hundred cases treated with lower limb fracture surgery in The Ninth People′s Hospital of Xi′an City from March 2014 to March 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group(150 cases)and the control group(150 cases).The control group was treated with rehabilitation training and the observation group was given enhancing self-efficacy intervention combined with rehabilitation training.The scores of rehabilitation training compliance,fracture healing time,hospital stays and the scores of self-efficacy,VAS pain and SF-36 quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of rehabilitation training compliance,fracture healing time and hospital stays in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(t=6.822,6.948,7.313,P<0.05).The self-efficacy scores of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the VAS pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=7.690,7.564,P<0.05).The quality of life score of SF-36 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhancing self-efficacy intervention combined with rehabilitation training can help improve the rehabilitation training compliance,shorten the hospital stays and improve the quality of life.
