摘要
目的:观察红霉素联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果及其对血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法:选取104例支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组各52例。对照组给予红霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后的血清炎性因子(hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-a)水平、临床症状缓解时间(退热、止咳、肺部啰音消失时间)和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.2%(49/52),明显高于对照组的80.8%(42/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组各炎性因子水平均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8及TNF-a水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、止咳时间、肺部啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.8%(3/52),与对照组的3.8%(2/52)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红霉素联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果及降低血清炎性因子水平均优于单纯红霉素治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Erythromycin combined with Azithromycin on children with mycoplasmal pneumonia and its effect on serum infl ammatory factor levels.Methods:104 children with mycoplasmal pneumonia were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,52 cases in each.The control group was treated with Erythromycin,while the observation group was treated with Azithromycin on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical effects,serum infl ammatory factors(hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-a)levels before and after the treatment,clinical symptom relief time(defervescence,relieving cough,and disappearance of lung rales),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.2%(49/52),which was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(80.8%,42/52),and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of infl ammatory factors in the two groups were signifi cantly lower than those before the treatment;the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-a in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group;and the differenced were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The time of defervescence,relieving cough,and disappearance of lung rales in the observation group were signifi cantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidences of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 5.8%(3/52)and 80.8%(42/52),respectively,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Erythromycin combined with Azithromycin on the children with mycoplasmal pneumonia is superior to single Erythromycin in the terms of effects and the reduction of the serum infl ammatory factor levels.
