2型糖尿病患者合并代谢综合征的影响因素分析

Analysis of inflβuencing factors of metabolic syndrome in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者合并代谢综合征(MS)的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析107例T2DM患者的临床资料,根据是否合并MS将其分为研究组62例和对照组45例。分析T2DM患者合并MS的影响因素及血清肝酶与其他影响因素的相关性。结果:病程、BMI、WC、舒张压、收缩压、HbA1c、空腹C肽、TG、TC、LDL-C、ALT、AST、GGT均是T2DM患者合并MS的独立危险因素。ALT、AST、GGT与WC、舒张压、收缩压、TG、LDL-C、病程、BMI、空腹C肽、HbA1c、TC等各指标均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:T2DM患者合并MS的影响因素较多,2型糖尿病患者中病程、BMI、WC、收缩压、舒张压、Hb A1c、空腹C肽、TG、TC、LDL-C、ALT、AST、GGT等指标与MS具有强相关性,对MS具有较高的预测价值。

Objective:To analyze influencing factors of metabolic syndrome(MS)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:The clinical data of 107 patients with T2DM were analyzed retrospectively.According to whether MS was combined or not,they were divided into study group(62 cases)and control group(45 cases).The influencing factors of MS in the T2DM patients as well as the correlation among serum liver enzymes and other influencing factors were analyzed.Results:The course of disease,BMI,WC,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,HbA1c,fasting C-peptide,TG,TC,LDL-C,ALT,AST,and GGT were independent risk factors for MS in the T2DM patients.The ALT,AST,GGT,WC,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,TG,LDL-C,course of disease,BMI,fasting C peptide,HbA1c,and TC were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusions:There are many factors influencing MS in the patients with T2DM.In the patients with T2DM,the course of disease,BMI,WC,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,HbA1c,fasting C-peptide,TG,TC,LDL-C,ALT,AST,GGT and other indicators are strongly correlated with MS,and have high predictive values for it.
