加工方法对藏药兴替那保总黄酮含量的影响

摘要 目的:比较不同加工方法对藏药兴替那保总黄酮含量的影响。方法:采用紫外分光光度法检测兴替那保总黄酮的含量。结果:比较2种加工方法的兴替那保总黄酮含量,手工加工兴替那保的总黄酮含量高于机械加工的总黄酮含量。结论:加工方法对藏药兴替那保总黄酮含量存在影响,应建立含兴替那保的复方药的炮制标准。 Objective :To study the effect of making method on contents of general flavone in Rabdosia pseudo-irrorata. Methods: UV spectrophotometry method was applied to detect the content of general flavone in Rabdosia pseudo-irrorata. Results :Rabdosia pseudo-irrorata about two kinds of making methods were detected,general flavone on man-made method was significantly higher than it on mechanic method. Conclusion: General flavone contents vary greatly on different making methods in Rabdosia pseudo-irrorata,and it is necessary to establish a making control standard for compound preparations of Rabdosia pseudo-irrorata.
