目的:简述蒙医对Barrett食管的认识,依据蒙医相关文献书籍的记载,Barrett食管是属于蒙医食管纳里疾病,寻找治疗Barrett食管的蒙医特色诊疗方法。方法:根据西医Barrett食管发病机制及临床表现、治疗方法和蒙医食管纳里病发病机制及临床表现、治疗方法等方面的对比研究。结果:蒙医对于Barrett食管有自己特色的理论依据及认识,治疗方面也有民族特色的治疗方法。结论:为Barrett食管诊治找一个有效的方法,解除患者病痛及后患,为Barrett食管的蒙医特色早期诊断、预防、疗效评价、临床治疗的寻找奠定基础。

Briefly describes Mongolian medicine understanding of Barrett's esophagus,on the basis of Mongolian medicine literature books,Barrett's esophagus belongs to the Mongolian medicine in esophagus disease,looking for treatment of Barrett's esophagus characteristics of Mongolian medicine diagnosis and treatment methods.Methods: According to western medicine Barrett esophagus pathogenesis and clinical manifestation,treatment method and Mongolian medicine esophageal disease pathogenesis and clinical manifestation,treatment method in the aspects such as comparative study,Results: Mongolian medicine for Barrett esophagus have their own characteristics and the theoretical basis of the understanding,treatment also has the national characteristics of treatment. Conclusion: To find a effective method of diagnosis and treatment of Barrett esophagus and relieve patients' pain and future trouble,for Barrett's esophagus Mongolian characteristics of early diagnosis,prevention,curative effect evaluation and clinical treatment for laying the groundwork.
