摘要
目的:测定5种傣族野菜中Na、Mg、K、Ca、Al、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Se、As、Cd、Pb13种微量元素含量。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)。结果:苦藤花、云南石梓花、白花、密蒙花、芭蕉花富含Mg、K、Ca微量元素,同时含有一定量的Na、Al、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu,含有微量的Se,Cd、As、Pb重金属元素含量均未超过《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》(GB2762-2017)。13种微量元素的回收率为91.80%~113.18%,RSD为1.64%~6.98%。Na、Mg、K、Ca、Al、Fe在浓度为0.002~100.0mg/L范围内及Mn、Zn、Cu、Se、As、Cd、Pb在浓度为1~10000.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,符合要求。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确,能满足5种野菜花中13种元素同时测定的要求。
Objective:The contents of Na、Mg、K、Ca、Al、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Se、As、Cd、Pb13 trace elements in five Dai wild vegetables were determined.Method:Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was used.Results:Rich in trace elements such as Mg、K、Ca、It also contains a certain amount of Na、Al、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Se content is low.The contents of Cd、As、Pb did not exceed the limit of pollutants in national food safety standard(GB2762-2017).The recoveries of 13 trace elements ranged from 91.80% to 113.18%,RSD is 1.64%~6.98%.The relationship between Na、Mg、K、Ca、Al and Fe in the range of 0.002~100.0 mg/L and Mn、Zn、Cu、Se、As、Cd、Pb、1~10000.0μg/L is in good accordance with the requirements.Conclusion:His method is fast,simple and accurate,can meet the requirements of simultaneous determination of 13 elements in five wild vegetable flowers.
