苗药咳速停胶囊的止咳化痰平喘作用研究

Experimental studies on antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic effects of miao medicine kesuting capsules

目的:研究苗药咳速停胶囊的止咳、化痰和平喘药效作用。方法:采用小鼠氨水引咳法、小鼠气管酚红法,观察咳速停胶囊低、中、高剂量组对小鼠的止咳、化痰作用,采用豚鼠氯化乙酰胆碱-磷酸组胺混合液喷雾致喘法,观察咳速停胶囊低、中、高剂量组对豚鼠的平喘作用。结果:苗药咳速停胶囊能够明显延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期和减少小鼠咳嗽次数,能促进小鼠气管酚红的排泌,对氯化乙酰胆碱-磷酸组胺混合液引起的豚鼠哮喘具有抑制作用。结论:苗药咳速停胶囊具有明显的止咳化痰平喘作用。

Objective:To observe the antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic effects of Kesuting capsule.Methods:Kesuting capsules at low,middle,high doses were orally administrated to coughing mice induced by ammoniun hydroxide and injected with phenol red,Kesuting capsules at low,middle,high doses were sprayed to asthma cavies induced by the mixed liquor with 2% acetylcholine chloride and 0.1% histamine diphosphate.Results:Kesuting capsules could inhibit the cough induced by ammonia in mice,increase phenol red output of trachea in mice and inhibit asthma induced by mixed liquor in cavies.Ethanol extract and water extract with middle,high doses of Reineckia carnea could inhibit the cough induced by ammonia in mice.Conclusion:Kesuting capsules have significant antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic effects.
