蒙药胡日查六味丸治疗偏头痛相关实验研究

Experimental Study on Mongolian Medicine Huricha-6 Pill in Treating Migraine

目的:研究胡日查六味丸抑制自主活动、缓解头痛、镇痛作用。方法:(1)将50只健康小鼠,雄雌各半,随机分为5组,每组10只,分别是空白组、阳性对照组、胡日查六味丸低、中、高剂量组,采用小鼠自主活动仪记录小鼠10min内自主活动次数。(2)将75只雄性大鼠随机分为模型组、阳性对照组、胡日查六味丸低、中、高剂量组,按疼痛分级标准,对福尔马林诱导的大鼠偏头痛模型进行行为学观察。(3)将50只健康小鼠,雄雌各半,随机分为5组,每组10只,分别是模型组、阳性对照组、胡日查六味丸低、中、高剂量组,以小鼠活动潜伏期和活动次数为观察指标研究胡日查六味丸对小鼠的镇痛作用。结果:(1)胡日查六味丸对小鼠自主活动有明显抑制作用(P<0.05)。(2)胡日查六味丸能降低福尔马林诱导的大鼠偏头痛分数,中剂量组最为显著(P<0.05)。(3)胡日查六味丸能减少冰醋酸诱导的小鼠扭体次数,可延长扭体反应潜伏期,胡日查六味丸中剂量组最为显著(P<0.05)。结论:胡日查六味丸能抑制自主活动,具有缓解头痛、镇痛作用,为临床治疗偏头痛提供了实验依据。

Objective:To research the effects of Huricha-6 pills in autonomic activity,relieve headache and analgesia.Methods1.50 rats,half male,half female,randomly divided into 5 groups,each group had 10 rats,namely blank group,model group,flunarizine hydrochloride positive medicine control group,Huricha-6 pills low,medium,high dose groups,and recorded the rats’automatic activity by activity recorder.2.75 male mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,each group had 15 mice,namely model group,flunarizine hydrochloride positive medicine control group,Huricha-6 pills low,medium,high dose groups.Praxeology was observed in mice induced by formalin and used the pain grading standard as observation index.3.50 rats,half male,half female,randomly divided into 5 groups,each group had 10 mice,namely model group,flunarizine hydrochloride positive medicine control group,Huricha-6 pills low,medium,high dose groups.The test was studied on analgesic activity on rats,using the method writhing induced by acetic acid,then the writhing and latent period of writhing taken as observation index.Results:1.Huricha-6 pills had inhibition effects on the independent activities of normal rats(P<0.05).2.Huricha-6 pills can reduce the score of pain in mice induced by formalin and the effect of medium Huricha-6 pills was obviously(P<0.05).3.Huricha-6 pills can reduce the number of writhing and latent period of writhing in rats induced by acetic acid and the effect of medium Huricha-6 pills was obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huricha-6 pills has obvious inhibition effects on the independent activities and has obvious relieving migraine and analgesic effect.It provides experimental data for clinical treatment.
