糖尿病黄斑水肿的综合研究进展

目的:糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic Retinopathy,DR)是一种严重的致盲性眼病,糖尿病黄斑水肿(Diabetic Macular Edema DME)是其最常见的并发症,我们对糖尿病黄斑水肿的发病机理、主要的检查手段和治疗方法进行了详细阐述,剖析中西医结合在治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿中的应用价值,浅析蒙西医结合在治疗黄斑水肿方面的探索性研究。方法:回顾分析2013年1月~2015年12月在我院诊断为糖尿病黄斑水肿104例(112眼),随机分为观察组和对照组,各46例。观察组给予激光联合中药治疗,对照组仅给予激光治疗,分析比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组黄斑水肿治疗总有效率为87.50%,对照组黄斑水肿治疗总有效率为64.29%,两组数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:激光光凝联合中药治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿临床效果显著,建议在临床上推广。

Objective:Diabetic retinopathy(DR)which can cause blindness,is a serious eye diseases.Diabetic macular edema(DME)is the most common complication of it.A review of the present pathogenesis of DME and main methods of examination and progress of the treatment were given a detailed description,Analysis of the application value of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of DME.A briefanalysis of exploratory study on the combination of Mongolian and western medicine in the treatment of macular edema.Methods:One hundredfour cases(112 eyes)of patients with diabetic macular edema collected from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospitalwere diagnosed.divided into observation group and control group,every group forty-six cases.The observation group was given laster photocoagulation with Chinese herbs therapy,and the control group was only given laster photocoagulation treatment.Treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%,that of the control group was 64.29%,and the difference the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:Thetreatment effect of Chinese herbs with laser photocoagulation therapy for diabetetic macular edema is remarkable,and recommended in clinical promotion.
