摘要
采用实验室合成的Fe2O3掺杂TiO2作为催化剂,以甲基橙超声降解反应为模型,研究了各种因素对Fe2O3掺杂TiO2催化超声降解甲基橙的影响.研究表明在Fe2O3掺杂TiO2催化剂作用下超声降解甲基橙的效果非常明显.催化剂用量在0.3—0.5g/L之间,超声波频率25kHz,输出功率1.0W/cm2,pH为1.0时,甲基橙水溶液初始浓度为20mg/L的条件下,90min左右基本可全部降解,COD的去除率也达到了99.0%.因此,Fe2O3掺杂TiO2催化超声降解有机污染物的方法具有很好的应用前景.
The various affecting factors were studied on ultrasonic degradation of methyl orange in the presence of Fe_2O_3 doping TiO_2 catalyst prepared in laboratory in this paper. The researched results indicate the effects of ultrasonic degradation are more obvious in the presence of Fe_2O_3 doping TiO_2 catalyst than in absent of catalyst, and also than in the presence of sold anatase and rutile TiO_2 catalysts in the acidic condition (pH=1.0) irradiated with the ultrasound of 25kHz frequency and (1.0W/cm^2) power input about 90 min and the degradation rate of methyl orange and its elimination rate of COD can get to 100% and 99.0%, respectively. Thereby the ultrasonic degradation of organic pollutants catalyzed by Fe_2O_3 doping TiO_2 catalyst are better useful prospect.
