摘要
针对固体火箭发动机药柱缺陷的检测要求,提出了一种利用超声波透射原理的数字成像检测方法,该方法不仅可以解决用单探头反射法无法解决的穿透问题,而且可以解决传统的双探头透射法不能解决的缺陷定位问题,经原理性实验验证,该方法切实可行.
Based on the needs of Solid Rocket Motor inspection, This paper bring forward a ultrasonic digital imaging Testing method based on the Double Probe Transmission which may resolve not only the transmission problem of single probe but also the flaw orientation problem of double probe transmission. The method is a feasible method which has been approved by principle experiments.
