金水宝对血液透析患者T细胞凋亡和FasL表达的影响

The effect of Jinshuibao capsule on apoptosis and expression of FasL on T cells in hemodialysis patients

目的 观察虫草制剂金水宝对维持性血液透析 (MHD)患者外周血 T细胞凋亡和 Fas L表达的影响。 方法 应用流式细胞仪 (FCM)定量检测了 30名 MHD患者 (血透组 )、30名 MHD加金水宝治疗三个月患者 (中药组 )的外周血 T细胞在体外无刺激培养 2 4 h后 Annexin V和 Fas L的表达。 结果 血透组 T细胞 Annexin V和 Fas L表达显著高于中药组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,两组 Annexin V和 Fas L之间呈显著正相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 Annexin V与 Ccr间呈显著负相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 金水宝可显著减轻 MHD患者的 T细胞凋亡。

Objective To observe the effect of Jinshuibao capsule on apoptosis and expression of FasL on T cells in hemodialysis patients(HD). Methods Annexin V and FasL of T cells cultured with no stimulus for 24 h were measured by flow cytometry in 30 hemodialysis patients(hemodialysis group),and 30 hemodialysis patients adding Jinshuibao capsule for three months(Chinese drug group). Results The Annexin V and FasL of T cells significantly were increased in hemodialysis group in comparison with Chinese drug group, P <0.05.There was significant positive correlation between Annexin V and FasL in two groups( P <0.05),And There was significant negative correlation between Annexin V and Ccr( P < 0.05). Conclusion Jinshuibao capsule could significantly reduce T cells apoptosis of HD patients.
