摘要
转炉除尘污水具有高硬度、高浊度、高pH值等水质特点,转炉污泥粒度细、粘性大。处理利用转炉污水及污泥工艺技术及运行管理要求高。通过对福建省三钢集团有限责任公司转炉除尘污水及污泥处理系统运行实践分析,研究探讨采取粗颗粒预分离,磁凝聚与药凝聚复合处理,投加钠盐以保持水质稳定,污泥压榨过滤,泥浆泵送烧结等技术措施,尤其是要合理确定水质控制指标:浊度≤100mg/L,硬度≤1mmol/L,P碱度4~5mmol/L,M碱度5~6mmol/L,同时通过降低石灰耗,及时排除沉淀池泥浆,保持系统闭路程度等综合措施,以解决转炉污水污泥处理难题。
The water quality of the sewage in converter dust removal ischaracteristic of high hardness,high turbidity and high pH value,etc.The converter mud ischaracteristic of fine granularity,and thick viscidity.The requirementsof the technology and running management are high for the disposal and utilization of the sewage and mud in the converter.Through analysis,research and discussion on the sewage and mud disposal system running,some technical measures,such aspre-separation of the coarse granules,composite treatment of magnetic condensation and chemical condensation,adding sodium saltsto keep the water quality stable,compression and filtration of the mud,mud pump transportation for sintering,etc.,have been taken.The water quality control index should be determined reasonably:turbidity≤100mg/L,M alkalinity5~6mmol/L,hardness≤1mmol/L,P alkalinity4~5mmol/L.Meanwhile,through decreasing the lime consumption,disposing the mud from the settling tank in time and keeping the system close,the problemsin the disposal of sewage and mud in converter can be solved.
