柴油机碳烟低温燃烧(氧化)过程及其动力学参数的研究 被引量:7

摘要 利用固定床反应器,对标致 雪铁龙汽车公司提供的两种碳烟,在水蒸汽存在的情况下进行了低 中温燃烧(氧化)反应。进而经过数值计算和数学模拟,得出了燃烧反应的动力学参数。对于形成CO的反应,指前因子k0介于(1 55×104~3 40×107)s-1之间,活化能E介于(127 86~188 23)kJ·mol-1之间;对于形成CO2的反应,k0介于(1 68×103~4 18×105)s-1之间,活化能E介于(89 38~181 46)kJ·mol-1之间。这一结果可能为碳烟治理提供可资借鉴的基础数据。 It deals with low temperature combustion (oxidation) of soots from diesel engine provided by (Citrn) PSA at the presence of water vapor in this paper.Numerical calculation and mathematical imitation were carried out upon experimental results.Kinetics,like pre-exponential factor(k_0) and apparent activation energy(E) were concluded.It indicates that k_0 for CO formation reaction is between (1.55×10^(4)~(3.40×10^(7))) s^(-1),and E is between (127.86~188.23) kJ·mol^(-1).Meanwhile,k_(0 ) for formation of CO_(2) is between (1.68×10^(3)~4.18×10^(5)) s^(-1),E is between (89.38~181.46) kJ·mol^(-1).These facts will probably be found application in fixation of control measures for abatement of soots from diesel engine.
