根据脂肪肝的发病学规律 ,提出了中医临床研究的四个主要环节 :即祛除病因和诱因 ,积极控制原发基础疾病 ;调节脂肪代谢 ;抑制炎症反应 ,促进肝细胞再生 ;阻抑肝纤维化的发生和发展。对中医药治疗脂肪肝的疗效机制进行了探讨和阐述 。

Based on the laws of the development of fatty liver, four central aspects of the clinical study on the disease were advanced. The four aspects included the measure to eliminate of the pathogeny and inducement of the disease and actively control the primary affection, the regulation of the catabolism and anabolism of liqids, the step to restrain the steatohepatitis and speed up the regeneration of liver cells,and the prevention of the hepatofibrosis. The discussion on the mechanism of the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on fatty liver will be greatly directive to the clinical study on the disease.
