美国企业的社会责任及对我国的启示 被引量:20

摘要 本文阐述了美国企业社会责任的理论发展过程和基本要素以及美国企业在承担社会责任时所处理的几种原则和范围,提出了我国企业应从企业诚信、监督机制和自我约束方面提高社会责任。
