摘要 研究米糠对Cu2 + 的吸附效果和米糠加工对吸附效果的影响。结果表明 ,稳定化米糠对Cu2 + 具有明显吸附作用 ,用盐酸溶液提取植酸可提高米糠对Cu2 + 的吸附率。米糠经α 淀粉酶水解可使吸附率达到 98.0 % ,但中性蛋白酶水解却使吸附率降至 70 .0 %。米糠纤维和蛋白质是吸附Cu2 + 的主要组分。 The Cu^(2+) adsorption efficiency of rice bran and the effects of rice bran processing on the efficiency of the adsorption were investigesd.It was evident that the stabilized rice bran could effectively adsorb Cu^(2+). The rice bran from which phytic acid had been extracted with hydrochloric acid adsorbed more Cu^(2+). 98.0% of Cu^(2+) could be adsorbed by the rice bran that had been hydrolyzed with α-amylase, but only 70.0% of Cu^(2+) was adsorbed when it had been hydrolyzed with neutrase. The main compositions of rice bran that played the main role in Cu^(2+) adsorption were fiber and protein.
