铁路是陆地交通的重要组成部分。近年来,随着国内经济发展和物流行业的突起,我国加大铁路方面的投资,数量与质量要齐头并进。中国在铁路建设的标准上,要求主体工程质量必须是零缺陷,经得起运营与历史的考验。并且在遇到洪水和地震等自然灾害,铁路也能保证正常的物资运输。如今,路基、隧道、复线、房建等工程项目大多数属于工作强度大、器材来回搬运次数多、各种高强度的作业,而且铁路建设工程在野外工作时间多、施工时间长、工程量大。铁路工程自身的特殊性,施工过程中存在高度的风险,威胁着施工人员和铁路工程的安全,甚至会造成严重的人员与工程事故。铁路施工安全防护方法的分析,是保证施工人员安全、保障铁路安全的行之有效的方法。
As an important part of the land transportation,with the development of national economy and logistic industry,China's investment in railway has been increasing and the quantity and quality have to be strengthened at the same time. On the railway construction standards,there should be no defects in the main project quality,and it can withstand the test of operation and time. When encountering disasters,including floods and earthquakes,etc.,the railway will be able to ensure the normal transporting of goods and materials. Operations,including subgrade,tunnels,double track roadbed project etc,are workintensive,physical-exhausting when carrying the equipments many times. And the railway construction project costs long hours in the field,long construction time with huge construction quantity. The railway engineering has its own particularity with high risk in the process of railway construction,threatening the safety of construction personnel and railway engineering,and even causing a thrilling work accidents. The analysis on railway construction safety protection method is an effective way to ensure the safety of construction personnel and to ensure the safety of railway.
